We just arrived back from our family vacation and Keli's wedding with Kim's family. We are very exhausted and so glad to be back home. Keli got married on July 24th on the beach. It was stunning and she looked amazing. Dan also looked liked a superstar in his black suit!!!! Inside joke, majority vote wanted Dan to wear his linen pants and white shirt but Dan felt like a super star in his black suit so the suit won and they did look beautiful.
We all shared one big house right on the ocean and although it was a little stressful at times overall we had a great time. We met new friends that became like family and we will miss not seeing them everyday.
With all the babies coming this year I'm not sure we will be going anywhere but Vermont for a wedding next year and Grandpa Coseno offerred to ride with all the babies so that we get a big break. He also said the babies could stay with him in his hotel room, right Grandpa Coseno???? Hee Hee!!!
Mom's belly has grown so much the last week I took more pictures and am going to upload them tonight. The babies have been kicking up a storm. Unfortunately the humidity did a number on moms feet and legs causing her to swell alot. She tried to go for a walk a couple times and had some contractions. I know she was pretty bored because she couldn't do to much. I hope she knows how much we appreciate her. Also how badly we felt that she couldn't enjoy her trip. I am off to nap for an hour.

We have BIG news!!!!!!!
We went to see Dr. Kiwi for a quick check up today. You may be wondering why I posted a picture of a bowl of condoms. I see this in the doctors office every time we go and I can't help but giggle so I though I would share with everyone.
Moms uterus is measuring 24 weeks and she is 17 weeks 6 days. Dr. Kiwi said that as long as she continues to do this excellent he won't put her on bed rest. Only if there is a significant change. YEAH!!!! I know that makes her very happy. He did say that she won't continue to feel this great for long. About 28 weeks she can expect to be very big and be very tired. Just getting around might be an effort for her. We will just have to take it one day at a time and see how she progresses.
We had our usual quick ultrasound performed by Dr. Kiwi himself. The babies have grown so much and their development is amazing. They are so beautiful to us already. He said they couldn't look better. They are all growing at the same rate which is the most important thing we are checking right now. So we all know that we were waiting to find out the sex of the babies on The Doctor's show we are going on August 8Th. Well before we could tell Dr. Kiwi that we didn't want to know yet he told us the sex of one of the babies. It happened literally within 20 seconds of him starting the ultrasound. We really did feel badly because we had promised not to find out. But we have two more to find out what they are. Actually we are now in even more suspense.

We are having a BABY GIRL!!!!!! Woo Hoo!!!! YEAH!!!!

We are so thrilled that there is a girl. We wanted a little girl so badly. It makes it so much more real to us now. I went and bought a little outfit, I couldn't resist. We can not wait to hold her in our arms. So now we wait til August to find out, are we having three girls????? Or will it be two boys and a girl? I am beside myself with anticipation.

17 weeks

We are 17 weeks and 2 days pregnant with TRIPLETS!!!

We are still getting adjusted to the fact that our entire life is going to be turned upside down and inside out. Don't get me wrong we are so excited and love each one of these babies already. We are realistic though and know that nothing is going to be the same after they get here. Truth be told we have gotten use to it being the four of us. Two teenagers and us. Lots of alone time, lots of picking up and going where we want and when we want, spoiling Brittni and Colin financially a bit, lots of alone time (oh did I say that already?). I really will miss that the most I think. We have a very strong marriage and I think part of that is attributed to the time we have had to build our marriage up. I will also miss being able to spend one on one time with my children. I really want to make a commitment that as soon as the babies are health and big enough that we have date nights and time alone with Brittni and Colin individually. Lets see how that goes in real life huh?

Quick update about all that is going on right now:

Brittni is in California with Karisa and Kari. She is homesick and wants to come home but is there for the duration. She has never been this far from home for this long ever. She comes home July 15Th. Yeah!!!!

Colin starts football practice July 14Th and the madness will begin! Colin was getting a haircut by Mom and decided to have some weird twitch because the hair was itching him, (this is his explanation) I will stick with a convulsion of some sort that made my hand jump and remove almost all the hair on the side of his head with the shortest length on the clippers. Not Good!!! So now Colin looks like he is in boot camp.

Joey has been working his bum off with yard work, picking up overtime, worked on the house, fixing the blessed mower that breaks every time he uses it, seriously "every time", and all the misc. jobs I give him. We haven't had any us time at all and it makes us both a little grouchy. We think a day to nap for 20 hours would be wonderful. We are both stressed about money for the future and that really wears on us.

I have also worked a bunch of overtime, done yard work although not as much as Joey, Definitely not mowed since the only time I ever was allowed to touch the mower I REALLY broke it and almost drove off the embankment. In my defense the wheels wobble. REALLY! Lots of other stuff that really isn't that exciting but takes up all my time.

Jaci has been very busy growing 3 beautiful babies that are now about 5 inches long and weigh about 5 oz. She is now almost over the morning sickness that was all day sickness. She has gained 3lbs. so far. She has outgrown all her pants in the last week and we are going shopping tomorrow night. She really looks pregnant now and it is so exciting.

We have a doctors app. scheduled on July 16Th for a detailed ultrasound. We also have a 2 week check this Friday. It's been two weeks since we saw the babies so we can't wait to see how much they've grown.

17 weeks and one day. There isn't much to update on. No news is good news at this point I think. Mom continues to get bigger each time I see her. She really can't hide that she is pregnant in her clothes now. It is exciting for us to see outward evidence of it. I think she has gained about 3 lbs. so far. We are going shopping this coming week because she has outgrown all her pants and shorts.
We used my stethoscope to listen to the heartbeats and found it faintly a couple times. I think I felt one of the babies move while we were listening. That or a twitch!!
We go back to the doctors on July 16th. I will have new pictures as it will be a detailed ultrasound. We will not be finding out the sexes though until Aug. 8th. .
Brittni comes home from California July 15th. She has been very homesick. Calls from home would be greatly appreciated I'm sure. We are very excited to have her home as we miss her so much too. It isn't the same at all without her around. Her bubbly personality always livens up our home. Her going away to college is going to be an adjustment for all of us.

We leave on vacation July 19th and plan on doing nothing but laying on the beach the entire time. Keli is getting married on the beach in Hilton Head and we are so excited. Mom and Dad Coseno are taking care of Jake and Bella our canine kids while we are gone. I really hope they behave. If they don't our only saving grace is that we're giving them 3 grandchildren! They can't be mad at us too long right? Lol! We really are so appreciative of you both for watching them.

Also still looking for a church home to settle in to in Ashland. We are going to Five Stones, July 27th and are hoping that it is the end to our search.
